1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Serve the Brand. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items (clearly marked as final sale at time of purchase)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable at time of purchase
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:

- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
- Package your item(s) securely and ship using the provided label
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item(s):
- We will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange
- Exchanges are subject to availability; if your desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead

- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund upon inspection of the item, including return shipping costs
9. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes. International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance.
