1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses worldwide. Our shipping services are available to customers in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and select other international destinations. Shipping availability and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Domestic Shipping (Within USA):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 10-20 business days (depending on destination)
- Express International: 5-10 business days (depending on destination)
Note: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD to select regions, including Canada, the United States, and certain international destinations. All free standard shipping orders are fully insured by Serve the Brand, providing you with peace of mind and protection for your purchase during transit. The free shipping threshold and eligible regions will be indicated at checkout. Expedited and express shipping options are available at an additional cost.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.
6. International Orders and Customs
Serve The Brand covers all standard customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders. However, customers are responsible for any additional fees, taxes, service fees, or charges beyond the standard customs duties and import taxes that may be assessed by their country's customs authorities or local carriers
Customs processing times vary by country and may add additional time to your delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Please note that some countries have restrictions on certain products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products they order can be legally imported into their country.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
8. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times. Expedited and express shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box or military addresses.
9. Shipping Delays and Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@servethebrand.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact us immediately at info@servethebrand.com with your order number and tracking information
- For damaged packages, provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
- If the package is confirmed lost or the item is damaged, we will offer a replacement or full refund
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, we will assist you in resolving any shipping issues.
11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If the package is not reclaimed within 30 days, the order may be canceled and no refund will be issued.
12. Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@servethebrand.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies (see our Return Policy for details).
13. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability and warehouse location. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and shipments at different times. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
14. Pre-Order and Backorder Items
Pre-order and backorder items will ship as soon as they become available. The expected ship date will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. IMPORTANT: Pre-order and backorder items cannot be refunded or canceled under any circumstances until after the item has been received and is in the customer's possession. Once you receive your pre-order or backorder item, our standard 15-day return policy applies. If an item becomes unavailable or is delayed beyond the expected ship date, we will notify you via email and provide you with updates on the new expected availability
